Endocrinologist
Dr Shan Jiang
MBBS, MPhil, FRACP
Dr Shan Jiang is a general endocrinologist with special interest in diabetes management including gestational diabetes. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne and her advanced training in Endocrinology at Westmead Hospital and Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. She was awarded a Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Sydney for her thesis on the topic of diabetes in pregnancy.
Shan has published articles in the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology as well as presented oral and poster presentations at the Endocrine Society of Australia, Australian Diabetes Society and Australasian Diabetes in Pregnancy Society Annual Scientific Meetings.
In her spare time, Shan enjoys traveling and photography. Her mottos of practice are respect and empowerment of the patient. She has experience working with patients from a broad ethnic diversity. She will strive to work with you, your GP and other health professionals in a team to ensure that you receive the best care.
She is a fluent mandarin 中文 speaker.
Dietitian/Diabetes Educator
Anny Kwok
BSc(Hons), MND, Grad Dip Diabetes Ed.
Anny Kwok is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with special interests in the nutritional management of diabetes, weight management, gastroenterology, food allergy and intolerance and paediatric and maternal health. She is also a supporter of Health At Every Size (HAES).
She graduated with Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Canberra and Graduate Diploma of Diabetes Education from the University of Technology Sydney. She is also a diabetes educator, working towards credentialing with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association.
Anny works closely with members of your treating team to provide person-centred care to all clients.
She is a fluent in Cantonese 廣東話 and Mandarin 中文.
